Coming from competitive angler Lance Egan, his Tungsten Dart Fly takes inspiration from the classic Prince Nymph but Lance swaps the peacock herl out for Ice Dub, ties this on a jig style hook, and adds a hot spot collar. While this concoction of materials may not look exactly like a natural nymph, it’s a fly with a solid profile and one that attracts fish whether you’re pursuing rainbows in a fast river or brookies in a small stream.

The Tungsten Dart Fly is a great option when fishing fast or deep water as its slim profile and tungsten bead make for quick sinking.
